2022 Annual Meeting - Our Bold Future

On March 27, 2022, hundreds of members of the Tire Discounters family came together to learn, grow, and be inspired for Our Bold Future!

The energy, engagement, and overall commitment were exciting to see and feel. 

We couldn't be more proud of our amazing team and family!  #TDProud  #BoldFuture

Our focus this year was very clear – it was all about our people, as we recognize we will not accomplish any of our goals without each and every one of our team members doing what they do best – taking care of each other and our customers!  To show this recognition, we had LOTS to celebrate….

Our celebrations included Our Legends and the two newest inductees into the Legend Family – Mike Golembiewski and Curtis Pendergrass AND LOTS of recognition and give-a-ways!  We also were able to celebrate with our vendor partners, who put together a wonderful vendor fair!

As part of the day, our President and CEO, Jamie Ward, took us on a journey of where we have been and what made the TD family and organization great!  He ended this section by sharing future plans - and wow, what an incredible time to be a part of the TD family!  As we dug deeper together, we explored "where we have been", "where we are going", and "how will we get there".  We reviewed Chip Wood's (our owner and founder) core principles and how we bring these principles to life today as we grow and scale.  Our SVP and Chief People Officer, Sheri Harper,  rolled out a common language for us to tell our story of "who we are and what we stand for".  This language says:

Other sessions were presented by Charles Curlee (SVP, Chief Sales Officer), Crissy Niese (SVP, Chief Customer Officer), and the 2nd Generation Wood Family (Steven, Anna, and Evan).  

We celebrated, we laughed, we learned, and we're better than we were before.  What a great time to be at Tire Discounters!
